Why we build KeyVue
At estate agencies we kept seeing the same thing. Everyone knew how many leads came in, through the website, Funda (the dominant Dutch property portal) or a valuation. Almost nobody could say which of them became instructions, at which branch, and what a referral to the mortgage adviser had delivered.
The software that existed mainly helped at the front end: capturing more leads and following up faster. The agency software, often Realworks, tracked the instruction, but not where it came from. That's why we build KeyVue: the layer that brings all your leads together, passes them on to your marketing platform or adviser, and records what they deliver by source, branch and agent.
We build KeyVue for the entrepreneurial estate agent with multiple branches: someone who wants to grow and takes that seriously, based on numbers and with modern tools. KeyVue isn't meant for the single-office agency, and we say so.
Who we are
KeyVue is a product of Covalore B.V. in Utrecht. Together we are responsible for the company's direction and the development of the product.

With more than twelve years of experience in data analysis and product management, Stefan combines technology with insight into customer behaviour. At KeyVue he is responsible for the technology and the further development of the product.

Honest about what KeyVue does and doesn't do
KeyVue doesn't schedule appointments and doesn't send campaigns itself. We'd rather say so in the first conversation than have you discover it during implementation.

KeyVue touches the core of your sales organisation. That's why we set it up together with you: your sources, your pipeline and your referral partners. So you don't get a bare login, you get a configured system.

Your data stays yours
We process customer data in Europe, keep no more than necessary and sell nothing on.
