How does the Realworks connection work?
KeyVue is an official Realworks partner and connects through the Realworks API. Your agency subscribes to it in the Realworks Marketplace and chooses which contacts to release. KeyVue then keeps contacts, listings and appointments in sync, collects the leads from your other sources, and shows what they delivered by source, branch and agent.

What comes along
KeyVue doesn't replace Realworks. It adds a layer on top, with Realworks as the foundation.
Contacts from Realworks
The private individuals, companies and contact persons you released, with the attributes your agency has already recorded. Changes, such as a new phone number, are in KeyVue by the next morning.
Listings from Realworks
Your agency's listings, so each lead is linked to the right property and the right branch. Every property gets its own lead, even when the same client comes back later for another one.
Appointments become leads
Appointments from the Realworks diary come in every half hour. For the types you choose, such as a valuation, KeyVue automatically creates a lead at the property's branch.
The status follows Realworks
When a property's status changes in Realworks, for example to Verkocht (sold), KeyVue automatically moves the lead to the status you have chosen for it, such as Won. Your pipeline stays current without anyone keeping it up to date.
Leads from your other sources
Website forms, valuation requests, campaigns and newsletters arrive in the same overview, each with its source.

How to connect

Take out the API
Someone with admin rights subscribes to the API in the Realworks Marketplace. Without that step, no supplier is allowed to connect.

Release contacts
Relations only become visible to a connection once they are released. You decide which ones, centrally or per branch.

We set it up
We connect it, together with your other lead sources, and check after the first synchronisation that the numbers match.

No. Realworks stays your file and your team keeps working in it. KeyVue uses the contacts and listings from it and adds what agency software doesn't track: where an instruction came from and what a referral delivered.
Your agency. With Realworks the owner of the data decides which connection gets access, so someone with admin rights subscribes to the API in the Marketplace and releases the contacts. We tell you exactly which API is needed and walk through the steps with you.
Count on internal time at the start: subscribing to the API and releasing contacts is the agency's own job. The setup after that is ours. Agencies that don't plan that time see a connection stall for weeks on a task of a few minutes.
No, not if it already happens in Realworks. Appointments of the types you choose become leads automatically, and when a property's status changes, for example to Verkocht (sold), KeyVue updates the lead according to the rules we set up together. Your team keeps working in Realworks.
Your data stays yours and is never resold. It is held in the EU, and you only release the contacts the connection needs. If you stop using KeyVue, you cancel the API subscription in the Marketplace.
