How KeyVue works
3 min readUpdated
KeyVue is the layer between your lead sources and your agency software. It brings together leads from Realworks and all your other sources, passes them on to your marketing platform, your mortgage adviser or a fellow agent, and records what they produced: by source, by branch and by agent.
This page describes the six parts: two collect leads, two pass them on, and two measure what they produce or bring in new leads.
Leads from Realworks
KeyVue synchronises contacts and property stock from Realworks. That way you work in KeyVue with the data your agency has already recorded, and nobody has to retype anything.
Appointments from the Realworks diary are synchronised too. For the types you choose, such as a valuation, KeyVue automatically creates a lead, and when a property's status changes, for example to Verkocht (sold), KeyVue updates the lead. So your team doesn't have to keep anything up to date in KeyVue that is already in Realworks. KeyVue is an official Realworks partner.
For the integration, your agency subscribes to the API in the Realworks Marketplace. Contacts only become visible once they have been released in Realworks. We go through those steps together during onboarding.
Leads from all other sources
Website forms, valuation requests, social media campaigns and newsletters appear in the same overview as the leads from Realworks. Every lead gets a source, a score and a place in a pipeline you configure yourself.

The more precisely the source is recorded, the more the reporting tells you later. "Website" is a start; "valuation request on the homepage" is something you can act on.
Passing leads on to your marketing platform
Not every lead is ready for a conversation. Leads that still need warming up are passed on by KeyVue to the marketing platform your agency sends email with. KeyVue decides which leads are passed on; the platform sends the messages. KeyVue is an official ActiveCampaign partner; if you work with another platform, we'll discuss the connection during setup.
So KeyVue doesn't run campaigns itself. That is a deliberate choice: you keep the platform you already know, and KeyVue tracks what comes back from it.
Referrals with commission
A lead who needs a mortgage is referred to your own mortgage service or to an external adviser. A lead outside your area goes to a fellow agent.
KeyVue shows what happens to a referred lead and tracks the referral commission. That way a referral doesn't disappear from view the moment it leaves your agency.
Reporting by source, branch and agent
Reporting is the core of KeyVue. For each source you see how many leads came in and how many of them became a sales instruction, by branch and by agent.
A valuation request sometimes leads to a sales instruction only months later. So judge a source over a longer period than just the last quarter.
The viewer portal
The portal gives viewers the information about their viewing. It is also a lead source: through a short survey after the viewing, KeyVue asks whether the viewer has a home of their own to sell or is looking for a mortgage.
That way a viewing produces not just a potential buyer, but also new seller and buyer leads.
