KeyVue or BNDL (formerly DatHuis)?

Checked on

BNDL, formerly DatHuis, captures leads with a valuation check and follows them up with campaigns, and can take over the call-backs with LeadAssist. KeyVue doesn't capture leads itself; it brings together leads from all your sources and shows what they produced by source, branch and agent, including the referral commission.

What BNDL does

BNDL is the new name of DatHuis. It supplies the valuation check widget found on many estate agency websites, based on data from brainbay or Matrixian, and the follow-up around it.

The offering also includes the BiedWijzer (a bidding report), a rental report from Stellax, web tools from eBlinqx, a newsletter module, a form builder, a lead score and marketing automation. BNDL integrates with Realworks, Funda and Zapier.

With LeadAssist, BNDL goes beyond software. BNDL then sets up the automation, calls the leads back using a fixed call script, and invoices per appointment or per signed agency agreement (OTD). For an agency with no time to make its own call-backs, that is a complete service.

What KeyVue does

KeyVue doesn't capture leads itself. It brings together what your agency already receives: contacts and property stock from Realworks, website forms, valuation requests, campaigns and newsletters. Every lead gets a source, a score and a place in a pipeline you configure yourself.

From KeyVue, leads are passed on to your marketing platform, your mortgage adviser or a fellow agent. KeyVue tracks what happens next and what referral commission is due. The reporting shows conversion by source, by branch and by agent. More on the product page.

Where the difference lies

The difference isn't at the front of the process. On capturing and following up leads, BNDL is stronger: it has its own valuation check and a service that calls your leads back. KeyVue has neither.

The difference lies in what you know afterwards. BNDL mainly knows the leads that came in through BNDL. Your agency software knows the sales instruction, but not where it came from. KeyVue puts the two side by side, across all your sources, and shows which branch and which agent won the instruction.

A second difference is who speaks to the client. With LeadAssist, the first follow-up sits with BNDL, following their call script. With KeyVue, follow-up stays within your own organisation, and you adjust course based on what you see per branch.

Price

BNDL prices per agency. Starter costs €109 and Pro €249 per month; Pro includes 9 users, 6 branches and 25,000 contacts. An extra user costs €29 and an extra branch €49 per month. Enterprise is on request. LeadAssist is invoiced separately per appointment or OTD.

KeyVue costs €150 per month for the platform plus €39 per user. Modules such as Reporting (€400) and Orders (€100) cost extra. All amounts exclude VAT; see the pricing page.

Worked out for the same agency, four branches and thirty users, on the published tariffs of September 2026:

Per month
BNDL Pro (9 users and 6 branches included) plus 21 extra users€858
KeyVue (€150 plus 30 × €39)€1,320
KeyVue with the Reporting module€1,720

So BNDL is cheaper, for an agency of this size too. What the difference buys: conversion by source, by branch and by agent, and the commission on a referral. If you don't need that reporting, BNDL is the cheaper choice. We didn't find it on BNDL's product pages, so ask them if you're unsure.

When to choose BNDL

  • You want to bring in more valuation requests with a widget on your site.
  • You don't have the capacity to call leads back yourself and want to outsource it.
  • You have one branch and steer mainly by the number of appointments.

When to choose KeyVue

  • You have several branches and want to know which source produces sales instructions at which branch.
  • You refer leads to a mortgage adviser or fellow agent and want to track the commission on them.
  • You want to keep follow-up within your own team.

Using KeyVue and BNDL together

The two are not mutually exclusive. BNDL captures the valuation request; KeyVue shows which of those leads became a sales instruction and at which branch. In a demo, ask how leads from BNDL reach KeyVue. For a broader comparison, see the lead management guide. We wrote a separate article on the trade-off between calling back yourself and outsourcing it: outsourcing lead follow-up or doing it yourself.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. BNDL is the new name of DatHuis. The product still supplies the valuation check widget for estate agency websites and the follow-up around it, supplemented by the BiedWijzer, a form builder, lead scoring, marketing automation and LeadAssist, among other things.

According to BNDL's own website (September 2026), Starter costs €109 and Pro €249 per month, excluding VAT. An extra user costs €29 and an extra branch €49 per month. Enterprise is on request, and LeadAssist is invoiced separately per appointment or signed agency agreement.

If you mainly want to know which source produces sales instructions at which branch, a layer above your lead sources fits better than another lead tool. KeyVue brings together leads from all your sources and reports conversion by source, by branch and by agent, including the referral commission.
