KeyVue or HousApp?
Checked on
HousApp gives each agent an AI inbox, a viewing scheduler and a lead widget with automated valuation, and has two-way integrations with Realworks and Kolibri. KeyVue doesn't schedule viewings or answer messages, but it shows what all your leads produced by source, branch and agent, and tracks the referral commission.

What HousApp does
HousApp started in June 2025 as a viewing scheduler and grew quickly. In January 2026 it acquired Friva. It raised €4.3 million in seed funding from Arches Capital and Antler, and says it serves 2,200 estate agents. Its stated ambition is to become the place where the agent manages everything, from the first contact with a seller to completion.
The offering consists of three products, priced per agent per month:
| Product | Price | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Inbox | €49 | AI replies to email and WhatsApp, with a Copilot trained on the agency |
| Planner | €59 | Funda and Pararius requests, waiting list, confirmations and questionnaires |
| Grow | €9 | Lead widget, custom forms, automated valuation, sales and mortgage leads, follow-up flows |
| One | €79 | All three together |
Office staff use HousApp for free. HousApp is certified to SOC 2 Type 2.
What KeyVue does
KeyVue brings together what your agency receives: contacts and property stock from Realworks, website forms, valuation requests, campaigns and newsletters. Every lead gets a source, a score and a place in your pipeline.
From KeyVue, leads are passed on to your marketing platform, your mortgage adviser or a fellow agent, and KeyVue tracks what happens next and what commission is due. The reporting shows conversion by source, by branch and by agent. Through the viewer portal with its survey, viewers become new leads. More on the product page.
Where the difference lies
HousApp makes the agent faster. Less time in the mailbox, less back and forth over viewings, and a lead widget for a small fee. On those points KeyVue has no comparable product, and that is a deliberate choice.
KeyVue is built for a different question: what did your leads produce, and where? We didn't find reporting by source, branch and agent on HousApp's product pages. Your agency software knows the sales instruction, but not the source. KeyVue puts the two side by side, across all your sources, and reports by branch and by agent. The commission on leads you refer sits in the same overview.
In short: HousApp focuses on time savings and leads for the agent, KeyVue on insight for the owner.
Price
HousApp prices per agent per product, with office staff free. Grow on its own costs €9 per agent per month; all three products together cost €79. KeyVue costs €150 per month for the platform plus €39 per user, with modules such as Reporting (€400) on top. All amounts exclude VAT.
Next to HousApp's lead widget alone, KeyVue is clearly more expensive. But that isn't the comparison KeyVue is meant for: we found no alternative on HousApp's product pages for reporting by source, branch and agent. See the pricing page for a worked example.

When to choose KeyVue
- You have several branches and want to know which source produces sales instructions at which branch.
- You refer leads to a mortgage adviser or fellow agent and want to track the commission.
- You want to generate new seller leads from viewings.
Using KeyVue and HousApp together
HousApp and KeyVue do different work and can run side by side: HousApp supports the agent in their daily work, KeyVue gives the owner the overview. In a demo, ask how leads from your current tools reach KeyVue. A broader comparison is in the lead management guide.
Frequently asked questions
According to HousApp's own website (September 2026), Grow costs €9, Inbox €49 and Planner €59 per agent per month, and all three together €79. Office staff use HousApp for free. The amounts exclude VAT; check the current rates on HousApp's site.
Yes. According to its own website, HousApp has a two-way integration with both Realworks and Kolibri, for all three products. KeyVue synchronises contacts and property stock from Realworks and uses them as the basis for reporting by source, branch and agent.
Not if you are looking for an AI inbox or a viewing scheduler, because KeyVue doesn't have those. It is if you want to know which lead source produces sales instructions at which branch and want to track the referral commission. The two kinds of system can also run side by side.
