KeyVue or NexxtMove?

NexxtMove is a software company for estate agents whose products include lead management, marketing automation over email and WhatsApp, and sales proposals in your house style. KeyVue doesn't run campaigns itself, but offers lead scoring, reporting by branch and agent, referral commission tracking and synchronisation with Realworks.

What NexxtMove does

NexxtMove sells eight products to estate agencies. Three of them overlap with what KeyVue does:

• Lead management with separate pipelines per lead type: sales, purchase, valuation and mortgages.
• Marketing automation triggered by Funda enquiries, forms and website behaviour, delivered over email and WhatsApp.
• Sales proposals in your house style, with references from brainbay and open tracking, so you can see when a seller opens the proposal.

That means NexxtMove covers almost the whole route from first contact to proposal. It is a serious package, and on flows and proposals it does more than KeyVue.

What KeyVue does

KeyVue brings together leads from Realworks and your other sources, gives them a source and a score, and passes them on to your marketing platform, your mortgage adviser or a fellow agent. It tracks what a referral produces and reports conversion by source, by branch and by agent. More on the product page.

Where the difference lies

On front-end features the two look alike: both have a pipeline and both handle leads from several sources. NexxtMove runs the campaigns itself and creates proposals; KeyVue deliberately leaves the execution to your marketing platform.

The differences lie further along. On NexxtMove's own product pages we found no lead scoring and no management by branch. NexxtMove also reads from the agency software and sends a notification back, whereas KeyVue synchronises contacts and property stock from Realworks as the basis for its reporting.

The question that makes the difference: once the proposal is signed, what do you know about the source, the branch and the agent that produced the sales instruction?

Price

NexxtMove uses fixed packages of €117, €199, €287 and €370 per month. KeyVue costs €150 per month for the platform plus €39 per user, with modules such as Reporting (€400) and Orders (€100) on top. All amounts exclude VAT.
